Tool & Die
Die types include:
Single hit, progressive, and transfer stamping dies; in addition to coining, forming, blanking, and swaging dies to name just a few.
Waterjet
Our facility is equipped with a 48 in by 48 in flow water jet machine capable of cutting to 2 axis.
Friction Welding
One of our focuses is on friction stir welding and other welding electrode applications.
EDM
EDM Fa10 Mitsubishi wire machine
Our machine has 13.8inches in x. 9.8inches in Y and can handle just over 8inches thick.
